Inner Going Outer
Found this at WorldArchitectureNews.com: Tirana masterplan by MVRDV Architects. Doesn’t the whole thing look like fallen buildings? Some of you might even think of stonehenges before they were discovered–a pile of rocks scattered in a field.
My instructor once said in order to create an ‘architecture’, you have to believe in something. This will be expressed in your works and make them stand out. That is really important, the ’stand out’ part. I guess it means you have to be a little crazy and daring, or else, you will be just another boring salaryman calling yourself a designer/architect.
This project for example.
